We don’t just clean pools; we curate a backyard experience. We combine our Weekly 9-step Pool, Spa & Surrounding Service with resort-grade staging and total transparency. Crucially, we build a Detailed Digital Profile for every pool—recording number of gallons, equipment type, etc. —so our technicians provide expert, tailored care from day one.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Our memberships are annual agreements to ensure consistent care, but we offer total flexibility. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We want you to stay because you love the experience, not because you are forced to.
Do you handle repairs?
Yes. We have a full team of certified technicians for heater repairs, pump replacements, and automation upgrades. While our memberships cover all weekly maintenance and chemicals, mechanical repairs are billed separately. We will always provide a clear quote and require your pre- approval before work begins.
What if I am not happy with a visit?
Excellence is our baseline. If your pool deck isn’t staged perfectly or the water isn’t sparkling, text us immediately. We will return within 24 hours to make it right at no additional cost to you.
What is "Resort-Grade Staging"?
It means we leave your backyard photo-ready. Every visit, our technicians align your lounge chairs, wipe down tables, remove debris from the deck, and organize pool toys. When you walk outside, it should feel like the housekeeping staff at a 5-star resort just left.
Are there really no separate chemical bills?
Correct. Total transparency means no “chemical line items” on your bill. All standard maintenance chemicals are included in your membership price. We’ve removed the hidden costs so you can enjoy your pool without wondering what the invoice will look like.

What happens if it rains on my service day?
We service pools in light rain. If there is severe weather (thunderstorms/heavy downpours), we will reschedule your visit for the next safe operational day automatically and notify you via SMS.
